3. Pop-Up and Mobile Program Disclaimer

Some Company programs, including Bright Minds Weekend Club™, operate as mobile, pop-up, or partner-hosted programs. The Company does not maintain a public-facing physical storefront for these programs.

Event locations may vary and are disclosed to registered participants prior to scheduled sessions. Use of partner facilities does not imply ownership, control, or long-term tenancy by the Company.

4. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using our services, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or the parent/legal guardian of a participating minor

All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

You will use Company services only for lawful purposes

You will not interfere with or disrupt Company platforms, systems, or events

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Enrollment, Bookings, and Payments

Enrollment in programs, booking of services, and purchase of digital products may require payment. Fees, schedules, and refund policies are disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

All sales are final

Missed sessions or appointments are non-refundable

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, offerings, or schedules at any time

6. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

Content provided by the Company is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on Company content.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
