Weekend STEM Instructor
(Ages 5–7)
Role Overview
Weekend STEM Instructors lead hands-on activities focused on robotics, coding basics, science experiments, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for educators or facilitators who enjoy making learning interactive and age-appropriate.
Responsibilities
Lead small-group STEM activities during weekend sessions
Guide children through structured, hands-on projects
Encourage curiosity, teamwork, and critical thinking
Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment
Qualifications
Experience working with children (education, tutoring, camps, or similar)
Comfortable explaining concepts in simple, engaging ways
Reliable weekend availability

Creative Arts & Design Facilitator
Role Overview
Creative Arts Facilitators support children through visual arts, crafts, design challenges, and creative expression projects that build confidence and imagination.
Responsibilities
Lead age-appropriate art and design activities
Encourage creativity and self-expression
Prepare materials and assist with project setup and cleanup
Support positive group behavior and collaboration
Qualifications
Background or interest in art, design, or creative instruction
Experience working with young children preferred
Patient, organized, and encouraging

Youth Leadership & Entrepreneurship Mentor
Role Overview
Leadership Mentors guide children through simple leadership, teamwork, and beginner entrepreneurship activities designed to build confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Facilitate leadership-based games and activities
Encourage participation, confidence, and teamwork
Model positive communication and behavior
Support children in completing age-appropriate challenges
Qualifications
Interest in leadership development or youth mentorship
Strong communication skills
Experience working with children or youth programs preferred

Coding & Robotics Instructor
(Ages 5–7)
Role Overview
Coding & Robotics Instructors lead beginner-friendly programming and robotics activities that introduce children to logic, sequencing, and hands-on problem solving. This role focuses on making technology approachable, playful, and confidence-building for young learners.
Responsibilities
Guide children through age-appropriate coding and robotics activities
Assist with basic robotics kits, block-based coding, and simple tech tools
Encourage experimentation, curiosity, and teamwork
Support a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
Experience with beginner coding tools, robotics kits, or STEM tech programs
Comfortable working with young children in a group setting
Patient, reliable, and able to explain concepts simply

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. Engagement is project-based and scheduled per program session, with no guarantee of ongoing work.
Independent contractors are not entitled to employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, paid time off, retirement benefits, or unemployment insurance. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
