Join Our Team of Educators and Mentors

At Bright Minds Weekend Club, we create hands-on learning experiences that help children explore, build, and grow beyond the classroom. Our programs blend STEM, creativity, and leadership into engaging weekend sessions designed to spark curiosity and confidence in young learners.

We’re looking for educators, mentors, and facilitators who enjoy working with children and believe learning should be interactive, encouraging, and real-world focused. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and excited to guide children through activities that promote problem-solving, teamwork, and self-expression.

Working at Bright Minds means being part of a supportive, purpose-driven environment where your contributions matter. Whether you’re an experienced educator or someone beginning a career in youth development, you’ll have opportunities to build practical skills, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and make a meaningful impact in your community.

If you’re passionate about helping children learn by doing—and grow by being supported—we’d love to hear from you.
